Welcome to the Department of Industrial Engineering, Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya.

The world has changed, human needs are becoming more complex, the more challenges we face. Industrial Engineering field of study also continues to grow. Adaptation is inevitable, if we want to compete and become the best.

Our vision at the Department of Industrial Engineering ITTelkom Surabaya is to conduct ‘international and ICT-based’ Industrial Engineering education, with a focus on maritime, transportation, and logistics applications.

As an ICT-based study program, we have implemented a range of initiatives to prepare our students for the future. It is evidenced by a good governance system, excellent and wide variety of student services, competent human resources (lecturers and education staff), good facilities and infrastructure, appropriate curriculum and learning processes, as well as various research and community service activities. Students in the Department of Industrial Engineering are not only equipped with knowledges and skills through a formal course in classroom, but also informal course activities outside classroom such as guest lectures, industrial visits, book review, workshops, and seminars.

Here at the Department of Industrial Engineering, IT Telkom, Surabaya, we are providing an education system that helps students to develop their analytical thinking, with a broad and deep perspective. Therefore, they can solve various kind of problems with the best solution.
